Hello, I’m Elizabeth Tran! I created Lashes and Sashes to show you that pageantry isn’t just about crowns and gowns – it’s a springboard for opportunities you never thought possible.
I credit almost every blessing I have had in my life to pageants. Pageants are how I started my modeling career, my non-profit Teens Go Green, and my web design business Digit-Eli. It was through pageants I became a TEDx Speaker, had a TLC reality series, raised over $130K for Children’s Miracle Network, traveled the world, and so much more.
I created Lashes and Sashes with two main goals: 1) To hype women and girls up to reach dreams beyond their imagination like pageants did for me and 2) To destigmatize mainstream media’s idea of pageantry as being “outdated and antifeminist.”
